Our new drop box location is at the front porch of 111 Acacia Trail, it is located one house diagonally across the street from 112 Acacia Trail.
NEW: All home sale occurring on or after June 1, 2023 will have a ONE TIME $350 transfer or set up fee (everytime a home is sold, including foreclosure sale or short sale) charge to new owner to cover increasing maintenance costs of common area without increasing our annual $150 due.
